Surprise, Surprise

Surprise, Surprise

Another ho-hum victory for Tiger Woods at the Buick Open. This was his fourth win on tour this year, the 69th of his career, and puts him in the lead of the Fed Ex Cup and the Money List. He now heads to play Firestone next week to continue preparation for the PGA Championship at Hazeltine in two weeks.

It certainly is funny how fast things change within the golf media and speculation about Tiger's game. After he shot 71 in the first round, many stories talked about how Tiger could miss another cut and how he's losing his game. After that, he shoots 63,65, and 69 to win the tournament and shut everyone up again. I can guarantee that the media and critics fuel his motivation and desire to win even further.
