Its officially official. Tiger is struggling with his game. He shot 74 and is now 10 shots off the pace after round one at Firestone. Woods has won this tournament seven out of 11 times he has played it, shares the course record at 61, and never shot higher than 70 before. He's also won over 9 million dollars at Firestone alone.
On Thursday he struggled with his driving, his irons, and his putting. Not good signs at all for this week or for the PGA Championship next week.
If this keeps up, he very well may lose the #1 ranking to Mickelson, who shot a first round 66.
