So the tournament kicks off this week with the par 3 charity challenge match on Tuesday, the Pro-am on Wednesday and the main tournament from Thursday through until Sunday. Will McIlroy be able to hold on to his crown? Will the oldest player in the field (Tom Watson) make another great showing after his appearance at The 2009 Open Championship? In any case the cream of the golf world is coming to Dubai for the world to see. Last year I was a marshall but this year just a spectator.
